Exchange & Refund Policy
  • 15-Day Exchange or Refund Policy: Customers can request an exchange or refund within 15 days of purchase.
  • Eligibility: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice/receipt).
  • Non-Eligible Items: Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs will not be eligible.

Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 working days after product inspection.

Delivery Time
  • Orders are delivered within 24–36 hours in major cities of Pakistan.
  • Delivery time may vary in remote areas or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Product Warranty
  • Brave Tech products come with a warranty period (if applicable), mentioned on the packaging or product description.
  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or wear and tear.
Pricing & Payment
  • All prices listed on our website or promotional materials are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Brave Tech reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
  • Payments can be made via cash on delivery, bank transfer, or other available methods.
